WhatsApp AI Pro 2.1 Setup: Connect WhatsApp and Meet AI Nexus

This guide follows the desktop 2.1 interface. Check the download page for the currently available installer.

1. Install and connect WhatsApp

Download the installer for your computer and open the app. In the sidebar, choose New Session. On your phone open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device and scan the QR code. Wait for your chats to appear. Each linked number has its own session.

2. Open AI Nexus

Click the AI icon at the top left. Nexus opens from the left and the session sidebar becomes compact. There is one assistant for your workspace; you no longer need to create multiple agents or pick a default agent.

3. Add company facts

Choose Update company information and answer Nexus's prompt, or describe your request directly. Start with real products, prices, MOQ, delivery and payment terms. Use Upload file for a file up to 10 MiB, or paste a public link up to 1,024 characters and ask Nexus to read it. There is no folder-import step.

Nexus applies supported requested updates directly. Read its result and review Business Intelligence to check that important facts were saved correctly. Correct anything missing in the same conversation; you do not need the old Re-analyze or Finish (Save) workflow.

4. Set reply preferences and test

Choose Shape customer replies, or continue in the current conversation: “From now on, keep replies short, avoid emojis, and ask for quantity before bulk quotes.” Explicit future requirements become lasting guidance; company facts remain separate from writing preferences even when requested together.

Use Try current reply settings to open the separate customer simulation. Test realistic questions and return to Nexus to make corrections. The sandbox never sends a customer message.

5. Review your first draft

In Takeover Settings, start with Suggest. Ask a colleague to message your linked WhatsApp number. Read the pending draft. Tell AI how to adjust opens a small conversation inside that draft; request a change and inspect the result before choosing Approve & Send. Each draft starts with its own context. To save a lasting rule, explicitly say “from now on.”

Auto allows automatic replies; in Watch you write the replies yourself, though the AI still analyzes incoming messages and can prepare a draft for review in some cases. Review the Solo and Team modes guide before changing modes. Telegram and Enterprise Inbox keep their existing workflows.

Keep improving

Return to Nexus when a price changes or a reply needs a different style. The main conversation has history and local summarized context; the draft mini-chat does not save persistent conversation memory. CRM, clarification, research and learning remain in their own dashboard screens.
