Service Description
WhatsApp AI Pro is a desktop application that provides AI-powered tools for managing WhatsApp conversations. Features include AI-assisted responses, message translation, voice message transcription, and multi-account management. The Service requires an active subscription for full functionality.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Pricing and Billing
- The Pro plan is available at $99/month (monthly billing) or $79/month (annual billing).
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
- After the 7-day period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated messages
- Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or third parties
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
Intellectual Property
WhatsApp AI Pro and all related materials, including but not limited to software, logos, designs, and documentation, are the intellectual property of WhatsApp AI Pro. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for its intended purpose.
You retain full ownership of your data, including business documents, customer conversations, and AI configurations stored on your device.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsApp AI Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before they are sent to your contacts.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You engage in activity that could harm the Service or other users
- Your payment method fails and is not resolved within a reasonable time
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
